User Data Deletion Instructions

ZAMZAMAPI respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
## How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your ZAMZAMAPI account and associated data, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your ZAMZAMAPI account.
2. Contact ZAMZAMAPI support using the email address associated with your account.
3. Use the subject line **“Data Deletion Request.”**
4. Include your registered email address and business/account name so that we can identify your account.
5. After verifying the request, we will process the deletion of eligible account data.

## Data That May Be Deleted

* Conversation and messaging data stored by ZAMZAMAPI
* Automation and campaign configuration
* Integration-related information
* Other personal data associated with your ZAMZAMAPI account
## Data We May Retain
Certain information may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
Data that must be retained will only be kept for the period required for those purposes and will then be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
## Third-Party Platforms
ZAMZAMAPI may integrate with third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
Deleting information from ZAMZAMAPI does not necessarily delete information independently stored or controlled by third-party platforms. Users may need to manage data associated with those services separately according to the applicable provider's policies.
## Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
